Business Correspondence

Do you need to write an important letter?  And you know what you need to say, but you're not sure the best way to say it?  I can help!

Sometimes you can't think of a tactful way to approach a topic with a vendor or cusotmer. Other times, maybe you're just too mad at the situation for it to come out professional sounding. Still other times, you just don't feel like screwing with yourself.

For all those times, there's me. Fill me in on the situation, give me the contact details of the person, and what you want/hope/need to accomplish with the correspondence and I'll put something together we can both be proud of.

When I'm finished, you look over the correspondence and if it looks okay, you can sign it. If not, I'll make necessary changes and then you can sign it. Nothing would ever go out without your approval AND signature.

I'm a dyed-in-the-wool diplomat and there is a nice or kind way to say virtually anything. In my time of this blue ball, I've found you can say just about any frank truth to a person if you do it kindly and without any attitude.

I've evicted people from motels, told people they weren't going to get their food stamps, explained to people that the card on the door means the county took their children away while they were in the bar, I've calmed people who were angry about court proceedings - you name it. I've worked in public service just about all my adult life and have had to tell some people some of the hardest things in life, but I did it kindly and with grace. I didn't make them feel cornered, feel stupid, or like they were less.

Grace wins! Put my experience to work for you and your business!
